Urgent delivery is only available upon request and subjected to availability of courier services. Additional charges will have to be borne by customers. Kindly contact our Customer Service officer at order.eshop@mrbean.com.sg once you have placed the order online.
Some products may require longer lead times, and they are often stated in the product listing. In the event where you've placed an order for items that have ran out of stock, our customer service officer will be in touch with you to advice accordingly. IMPORTANT: It is imperative to fill in a contact number (preferably mobile number) when placing an order. All delivery schedules will be arranged and confirmed in the email prior to the delivery date. Kindly check your email regularly for the delivery arrangement.
DELIVERY CHARGES
For orders below $150 (total bill), a flat rate of $50 will be chargeable. Orders above $150, there will be a fee of $30.
Delivery services are available from Monday to Sunday between 9-7pm.
CUSTOMER NOT REACHABLE DURING DELIVERY TIME
Due to the nature of most of our products, our drivers are not able to leave them at the doorstep in the event that we are unable to reach the customer. The chilled and perishable items will have to be discarded when the driver return to our HQ. We will not be able to re-deliver the chilled and perishable products. For products that can be re-delivered, there will be a re-delivery charge of $8 imposed.
